Privacy policy
Effective from 16 October 2026. Applies to all App+ apps (Carpenter+, also published as Stolar+, and future apps) and to the website appplus.rs.
In short: everything you enter in the app stays on your phone. The app has no account, does not ask you to sign in, shows no ads and does not sell data. The only thing the app can send is crash reports – and only if you allow it in Settings.
1. Who we are
App+ is a family of apps for small businesses, made by an independent developer from Serbia. Contact for any privacy question: info@appplus.rs.
2. Data you enter in the app
The app stores the data you enter yourself: customers, orders, quotes, price list, materials, finances, calendar, notes, photos and attachments. All of it is stored only on your phone, in the app's database. We have no access to it and do not send it to anyone.
- The data is deleted when you uninstall the app (or when you delete it in the app).
- The app receives photos and attachments only through the phone's picker; it does not read your gallery and does not use the camera without your action.
- PDF documents (quotes, cut lists, labels) are created on the phone; you share them with whomever and however you choose.
3. Backup
In Settings you can create a backup of all data as a single file (ZIP). You keep that file – on the phone, in a cloud of your choice or on a computer. We do not see or store it. Restoring from a backup is also done on the phone.
4. Crash reports
To fix bugs, the app can send a report when it fails. This happens only if you have allowed crash reports in Settings; until you answer, nothing is sent, and you can withdraw permission at any time.
- A report contains: the error description, the screen where it happened, the app version, the phone model and the Android version.
- A report does not contain your app data (customers, prices, photos…), screenshots or personal data.
- Reports are received by the Sentry service (Functional Software, Inc.); they are kept for a limited time and used only to fix bugs.
5. Phone permissions
- Notifications – for reminders you schedule yourself (deadlines, quotes awaiting an answer).
- Run at startup – so reminders stay scheduled after the phone restarts.
- Internet – only for crash reports (if you allow them) and, in the future, for buying plans through Google Play.
The app does not ask for access to location, contacts, microphone or calls.
6. Purchases
When the app is available on Google Play, paid plans will be bought through Google Play. Payment is handled by Google under its own terms; we do not see card details. The app only checks whether a plan has been purchased.
7. The appplus.rs website
The website is static: it uses no cookies, does not track visitors and has no forms. When you email us, your address and message stay in our mailbox for as long as the correspondence lasts.
8. Children
The apps are meant for people who run a business or workshop and are not intended for children under 16.
9. Your rights
Since all data is on your phone, you can view, change, export (backup) or delete it at any time. If you have sent crash reports and want us to delete them, write to info@appplus.rs.
10. Changes
If this policy changes (for example when we add an account or sync), the new version will be published on this page with its date. We will also let you know about important changes in the app.
